Hey, what's going on, guys? Welcome to another episode of the Fullerton Unfiltered

podcast. It is your host, Brian Fullerton here hanging with you guys. And good morning.

Well, it is the first kickoff podcast of the new year. And holy cow, we've got a lot to get into.

It has been a crazy couple of weeks up here in Michigan coming off the

heels of New Year's, coming off the heels of the holidays and Christmas. And then of course,

we're in the winter season right now in Michigan. We are in the thick of it. It has been

just one of the craziest snow winter salt run snow plow seasons that I can ever remember at least as long as

I've been doing it 18 or 19 plus salt run so far four or five good scrapes and plows like

do we are working this thing so there's a lot going on but I do want to do this really quick on today's

show I wanted to propose three areas of your business to strategize, focus on, set some goals with as we launch into the new year that I think will help line you up for some tremendous success as we lay the foundation here on today's show.

And that's kind of the idea and the theme behind the first show back for the new year. Coming up in the next couple of episodes, I've got my brother with Brandon Bull talking about the same thing, getting a marketing and advertising strategy, you know, so it was a really fun conversation. Him and I were able to rip out a podcast as he was over with his family on New Year's Eve, which was really exciting, did the whole family thing. So, you know, the shows are going to be kicking off and we're coming at you guys, fast, strong, hard, ready to rock and roll and get you guys amped up and geared up for the upcoming season. One thing I was just going to say, before we jump into it, so many of you guys have questions, as you guys have a lot of you

signed up with LMN over the last 90 days or so, what I'm going to offer, hopefully by the time
