So you cannot discount the possibility of a false allegation.

CVS, is privilege. Jim, it's great to be back in the studio together.

Absolutely. And I love talking about crime with you, and I'm very excited to continue to talk about,

let's just call it a contentious issue. Yeah, definitely. It's causing a lot of people to get

upset and what's unfortunate about that is I have no problem with people disagreeing or arguing

vehemently about whatever they believe, but I do have a problem with them attacking you or attacking

me. And in particular, I have a problem with them attacking our credentials and our careers,

or minimizing it, actually, and not understanding the contextual basis that we're coming from,

because we are not only both attorneys, not only both former prosecutors, I'm also a former FBI

general investigator, and we are both expert witnesses in this field of sexual assault.

And so we have a much higher standard than the average person in terms of forming opinions

and expressing our opinions about this topic. And so when people say, how could you possibly not

believe every victim? Well, we do believe every victim, every victim, every victim of a crime.

However, we don't know if a crime was committed in the instances that have been reported about

Brett Kavanaugh. We are now getting more and more information. The first big piece of information

that we got was the actual letter from Dr. Ford. Yeah, before we get into that, though, I would

also like to say, as you did, that we certainly do not mind people having different opinions.
