Sarah Crouch

Sarah grew up with parents and 3 siblings in Hockinson, Washington. She won a state championship while her sister finished second. Sarah graduated and left for Western Washington University in 2007. While at Western Washington University, Sarah rewrote the record books claiming new marks in the indoor 1,500, mile, DMR, 3,000 and 5,000 and in the outdoor 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000. She was also the Division Two National Cross Country runner-up in 2009 and 2010 and was the NCAA D II Champion in the 10,000 in 2011, breaking a 24 year old national meet record in the process. Two weeks later, at the USA Outdoor Championship meet, Sarah broke the Division Two all-time record with a clocking of 32:57; a time that was also fast enough to give her the number one collegiate ranking for women in any NCAA division in 2011. Sarah and her husband Michael now live in Flagstaff where they train together and chase goals together. Sarah is a professional runner for 361 USA, placed 6th and top American at the 2018 Bank of America Chicago Marathon and hopes of making the 2020 US Olympic Marathon team. She also is a coach and writer.
