One of the most common questions I'm asked all the time is should I quit my day job and focus entirely on my new business.

And I think the answer to that depends entirely on your appetite for risk.

Most successful business owners I know started their business as a

side hustle and didn't leave it until the business was able to pick up their

expenses so that they could live. And that makes great logical sense and it's the right formula for

the great majority of people out there. But for others it's smart to throw

logic right out the window and jump in with both feet. When your feet are

in there and your back is against the wall you'll almost always figure a way to make

your business work. So ask yourself how comfortable am I with risk.
