For those small business owners out there, I thought I would just give you a

heads up that you should be thinking about something beyond the beach this

summer. You should be thinking about the fall season and figuring out what you're

going to need to compete in the fall because the competition is going to be severe as people come back from their vacations and they get serious about selling their product.

So whatever business you're in, you should be pricing out the elements of that business now while things are quiet.

So the main things that are expenses true to every business are labor, packaging, and actual costs of making your product.

You should be putting those out to bid right now, sending them out to other suppliers
