0:33.5	I'm going to go over something called my annual review. And I have found this to be this process
0:39.8	of going over the last year of looking forward to the next year. And you can include goal setting
0:45.3	and planning in this process, as you'll see. I have found this to be the number one habit of
0:51.6	a lot of exceptional people that I've studied over the years. And so I'm not saying
0:57.0	necessarily this is exactly what you have to do, but I want to unpack it. I want to share it with you
1:01.1	and I want to challenge you or suggest to you to also do some sort of annual review process for
1:07.1	yourself and for your business, whether it's very small, do it for like 15, 20 minutes,
1:11.4	or whether you get a little bit more involved, which I recommend and maybe do an hour or two.
1:16.1	And I think you'll find that it's a very educational process and it'll help you achieve a lot of
1:21.9	the goals and the steps you want to make or take in your personal life in your business.
