super long for you all. I have a hard time listening to really long podcasts and I lose focus easily.

So I give it my best shot to not overwhelm you all with too much information weekly. Okay. So today we are talking about

confident people and I wanted to do this episode because I think that we all grow up with

some very misled ideas about what it really means to be

confident. And while I'm talking during this episode, I want you to be thinking of a person in

your life that you believe is really confident. And then at the end of the episode, I want

you to decide if they really are confident

based on what we talk about today. Sometimes the people who we think are confident aren't really

actually confident at all. If you look around and start to take notice, there are certain things

that confident people do.
