Hi guys, welcome back to Unbreakable Latina. This is your host Melina. I hope that you're doing well.

I usually start off my podcast by saying, I hope you're having an amazing day, whatever day you're

listening to this on. And I've been doing that for what now two years. But it's been really hard

to have amazing days when I know that there's people suffering on

the other side of the world.

And I'm sure that you're feeling the same way.

I want to thank you guys for your support on last week's episode of me speaking about

the genocide and what's happening in Palestine.

I was not going to lie, nervous to talk about it

just because I didn't know exactly what I wanted to say, but I was like, you know what,

you pride yourself on being this genuine person and keeping it real. And that's what I did.

I told you guys what I was feeling in my heart.

And a lot of you related to it. And a lot of you also messaged me to thanking me for like letting people know what's going on because a lot of people don't know what's going on.

I've talked about it with different people, with my mom, with my sister.

You know, these conversations are not easy to have because you're always going to get that one person that is not going to agree with you.

You may lose friendships.

You may lose followers.

You may get into it with someone.

And you may change someone's mind.

You may influence them to be like, whoa, this is really messed up what's going on in this

world.
