There are a couple of quick announcements. First and foremost, this episode was awesome to record.

I speak with my amazing friend, colleague, and previous client. His name is Rich. Rich and I

0:16.7

worked together about six years ago and he lost 90 pounds in the time frame that we worked together.

0:22.9

Now, Rich was the first client that I ever used the three plates to snacks method with. So,

in this episode, I talk with him about how he lost the 90 pounds and equally if not more important,

how he's been able to maintain that weight loss years and years and years after we've stopped

0:40.9

working together. So, I really think you're going to like this episode, especially if you struggle

1:24.8

ethical than not hunting. So, it's a very interesting discussion. I'm excited to hear what you think

1:29.4

about it. Finally, before we get into it, I want to make sure you know that on my Instagram stories,

I'm going to be doing a bunch of giveaways. It did one last week. It was actually my fiance's idea.

1:40.8

It went really, really well. Last week, I just took $100. I uploaded it to a Starbucks gift card

1:47.1

and posted it on my story, the barcode. So, anyone who saw it, could screenshot it, go get some Starbucks

coffee on me. Everyone really enjoyed it. It seemed to infuse some positivity into everybody's

day. So, I'm going to be doing it more often. Make sure you go to my Instagram, you turn on my
