Psalm chapter 135 verse 21

blessed be the Lord from Zion he who dwells in Jerusalem praise the Lord.

Now the reason I chose this verse for us to think about him, pray today is in light of what we prayed yesterday.

So the end of Psalm 134 said, may the Lord bless you.

What's interesting is that the end of Psalm 135 it's totally switched around not just this verse but the

verses right before this like verse 19 says oh house of Israel bless the Lord

O house of Aaron Bless the Lord. Oh House of Arren, Bless the Lord.

Verse 20.

O House of Levi, Bless the Lord.

You who fear the Lord.

Bless the Lord.

Then verse 21, which I read just a second ago,

Blessed be the Lord from Zion.

So the whole picture in Psalm 134 is,

May the Lord bless you from Zion

from his dwelling place.

Now the picture is, Blessed be the Lord from Zion in his dwelling place.

So God blesses us and we, get this, have the privilege, opportunity, in a sense duty, responsibility, to bless the Lord. Now think about that how can we bless the Lord like

we talked about how God bless us by saving us, delivering us, leading us, guiding us, protecting us, providing for us.

So we don't save God, we don't lead God, we don't guide God, we don't direct God, we don't deliver God. So how do we bless Him?

So this is the picture of us in response to his blessing in our lives,
