Now, here's your host,rian fullerton i am nervous i'm anxious you know there's a lot of good folks in here this morning and i know we're hopping on into it

here doing a under the hood look for our element account and showing you guys a little demo of

element so we're really excited about having you guys on here this morning.

Ironically enough, my guys are doing a salt run.

So if I seem a little preoccupied, it's because I'm probably answering, excuse me,

my phone, texting back and forth a little bit and making sure that all of our sites get

salted.

As of course, it always snows or there's a clipper or a salt run anytime I do anything, which is how it works in real life. So all things being said, the guys are out there kicking butt doing that. We're going to be showing you guys for the next 45 minutes to an hour, just an under the hood look at our Element account like I was talking about. I know a lot of you guys were even on the demo that we did with Troy Woodham about six weeks ago, maybe now,

and we were able to look at my account a little bit, but today we're hopefully hoping to

dive a little bit more into it and show you guys how we run our actual Lawton Landscape Company,

Brian's Law Maintenance. And again, I'm about two years deep into LMM.

And it has been one of the most transformational things we've ever did, done, adopted for our business for so many reasons that I hope to share and break down with you guys here today.
