ponderance while we were busy buying a tracking company and hooked on driving

apparently we can now buy a racetrack we can't but Willow Springs in Los Angeles is now for sale. We saw this very interesting

now I don't know how many of you know Willow Springs have been to Willow Springs

this is one of the oldest and longest running consistent tracks in the nation.

But the flip side...

They've on the Hood family's owned the track for 62 years.

Frankly, the price is lower than a lot of racetracks you can rent but here is the flip side

It looks like it has for the past 50 years. I mean this is the place that has not had development dollars put into it

It looks frozen in time. That's why Ford versus Ferrari

was able to film an entire movie there. Yes. And they did nothing. They put the

classic cars on track. Turn on the cameras. Change the branding on the

sidewalls and call it a day. mean this is a thing this is a old

racetrack it looks like an old racetrack it's very famous because of its proximity Los Angeles

but now it's up for sale.

Now I don't know that that land is in demand at all.

Up in Lancaster, wherever it is.

I don't think that land is in demand,

but it is close to Edwards Air Base up there.
