1:20.7	And mindfulness means being present in the moment and noticing those things around you.
1:30.2	So I decided last week to focus on plants when I was being mindful and try to figure out what can I learn from plants.
1:34.7	What can I learn from my environment right now? And this is what I came up with.
1:42.6	The first lesson, seeds can be planted but need a supportive environment to sprout and grow.
