Hey, welcome to another episode of Kristen and Chill.

If you can believe it, I'm actually taping this at 9.05 a.m. post a shower. All on my own. No one made me do it. I don't have, I mean, well,

I have a doctor's appointment at 11, but who showers for the doctor? I mean, unless it's the

gynecologist. And even then, maybe you skimp on it. No, you don't. Don't skimp on the shower.

Don't listen to me. It's a bright, sunny day.

I felt pulled out of bed, which is a really good thing. I'll probably feel pulled back into bed in a few

hours, but I'm riding this while I can. And today I have a really fun episode for you guys.

Last week was a little more somber and a little more put you to sleepy. This will be less somber, maybe still put you to sleepy. We'll see.

I have a really funny comic on who's one of my favorite comics working today. His name is Mark Norman,

and we have so much in common. So if you like me, you will like Mark. If you dislike me,
