chill. No, it's not. It's Kristen and chill. God damn it, I do that all the time. And actually,

I think that's a good example of how we just regurgitate what our brain already knows and is

programmed to do. If you say you hate yourself over and over for years and years and years,

you may not really, but because that's what you've carved out in your brain,

that's where it will default to.

That's what's easy and most comfortable.
