And we've had this crazy summer of like trips and vacations and all over the place and our children are home and we're, you know, eating at the pool, eating all around, and then like not making meals, and it's just kind of chaotic.

Typically in August, I notice an increase in my client intake, and I notice an increase of people saying I want to get back on track and I'm going to go on a diet.

Now, the reason I bring this up is because I'm okay and I'm maybe different than some people in that.

an extreme tight I'm gonna do this all or nothing situation and this is the all or nothing mentality at its finest when people yo-yo between like a diet plan and then like totally falling off the rails and having no guidelines at all.

So before you think about making any lifestyle changes, I don't even care, you know, what they are, do you understand
