multiple times on episodes. I know I've mentioned that I have hip pain I know when

I've had physical therapists on or just when I talked about

stretching and some other stuff I've mentioned that I've had hip pain. I know I

have talked multiple times on the podcast about how I have a hip issue and

how I kind of work through that and what's been going on with that in a couple of past episodes.

I got some new information a couple weeks ago and I finally brought that up on social media and I did make a highlight bubble explaining my hip

issue that I had. But basically a couple months ago I mentioned that I woke up with hip pain. It was back in the fall and I thought, oh that's weird I must have like, you know, stretched it wrong or like, you know, just strained it a little bit. And that hip pain never went away and I started seeing a physical therapist. I saw multiple physical

therapist. My last one really did push me with mobility and stretching. I did see improvements

in my mobility, but the pain just wasn't quite going away so I did finally get an

MRI. A couple weeks ago I got that MRI back and I have severe arthritis in my hip which actually isn't the problem.

The problem is actually that I was diagnosed with something called avascular

necrosis, the initials for it they call it avian

or some people call it osteonecrosis and what that means is my actual femur

bone the tissue in the top of the femur bone is literally dying.

There's not enough blood supply to it.

So what's happening is the very top of that femur bone, there's a ball at the top that hooks
