Today we're talking about different energy givers and energy drainers.

If you know one thing about me, it's that I'm big on energy and mindsets.

Now you can do as much mindset work as you want, but if you still have negative energy

drainers in your environment, that can be very harmful to your overall vibe.

So we're going to go over some of the sneaky, not so obvious energy drainers in today's

episode.

Overall, this is just a big episode for the girlies.

It's been a while since we did just a girl talk straight vibes episode and I have so many

thoughts that I want to share because this podcast is all about sharing my journey with

you and what I learn and we are on this journey together and literally just as you want

to share something with your best friend over FaceTime and you pick up your phone and

you FaceTime your best friend or you send a voice memo.

And I have something that I want to share with you.

There's just been countless times throughout the past couple of weeks where I've just

had so many thoughts and new habits where I want to literally just pick up the phone

and call you.

So I have been just writing them down and I just have a bunch of notes as they came to

me that I wanted to share.
