create short no BS episodes dedicated to helping you be the person you're

all right welcome to episode 90 so I think this will be a fun episode I'm

talking about how to be yourself again you know the the person that you love the

goofy weird carefree person that you love being but I get and I recognize that

it's not always who you are in life that you've got things going on stress

and frustration and responsibilities in a job and like those can lead you to not

always being the person that you love most but I've given this a lot of

thought and I took a look at my life and I think I've come to realize

something really really important about this that will help you it will help

you realize first what it means to be yourself and help you realize that you

don't need to do what a lot of people are doing which is stressing out over

needing to find themselves or stressing out because they're they're changing and

that's uncomfortable so I've got some really specific thoughts here that will

help you so as always I'm excited to do this episode before I get into it real
