I wrote on, I saw someone share a photo that I re-shared on Instagram the other day of a composer who is Greek, who has had pretty severe muscular dystrophy and has basically been bedridden and on intensive care kind of support, literal life support for essentially his whole life,

and he still writes music every day and have a photo of him lying in bed where he's got this

great big sort of arm holding up a monitor so he can lie on his back looking straight up and

write music. And I thought it was so amazing. And my friend that posted, I said, you know,

I'm going to steal this and reshare it because what an amazing, friend that posted I said you know I'm going to I'm going to steal

this and reshare it because what an amazing you know me you know when it's tempting to look

around and say oh man how annoying that I can't get my normal supply of avocados or whatever

you know here's someone who's like fuck it I I am I am a I'm a hair's breadth from death.

And I'm still doing what I feel wired to do.

And I got a little bit of pushback when I,

because somebody wrote on there like,

you know,

oh,

I can't,

I'm disabled.

It's the worst bullshit ever.

And I said,

well,

wait a minute.

I said,

you're allowed to grieve like a shock to your system.

You're allowed to, to exactly to your point.
