| 0:00.0 | Lord, please help me. I am prone to wander. I'm prone to think that I don't need to pray to you, that I don't need your word. It's not just something I check off in the morning to do box, but I need you. My efforts, my energy, our finances, honestly, they'll go first to the bride of Christ, to the saints, to the church. But I would say hate is not the opposite of love. Appathy is the opposite of love. We have more time together. We have more just appreciation and knowledge of one another because we've been together so long we're getting older. But you married a woman. Don't expect her to communicate to you like a man. Yes. The more consistent you are, I'm not going to say the easier it gets. I'll just say the better it gets. It's not always the same battle. The more frequent we are, the better it is, the easier it is. |
| 0:40.7 | So my encouragement to the men is don't be too cowardly to confess your own sin. |
| 0:44.1 | It takes courage to confess your sin. |
| 0:45.9 | It takes faith to confess your sin. |
| 0:59.3 | Ryan, last week we talked about how wives dishonor their husbands. |
| 1:00.3 | Indeed. |

| 1:04.5 | Hopefully. |
| 1:06.3 | That was the goal. That is up to you and the Lord. |
| 1:08.6 | No, I'm kidding. |
| 1:09.2 | We did our best to present, you know, how women, how, what our tendencies are and how we can dishonor our husbands, sometimes without thinking, sometimes very intentionally. And so now we're going to take a look at the other side of the marriage. So how, you'd have 10 ways. Wow. Well, you know, got to go after the guys. |
| 1:29.7 | I think that's a good thing. |
| 1:33.8 | So we read the verse, you know, wives submit to your husbands. |
| 1:35.0 | Husband love your wives. |
| 1:38.0 | Wives respect your husbands. |
| 1:40.0 | Again, the refrain is husbands love your wives. And as we've framed the last two episodes, we did so kind of negatively. |
| 1:45.3 | Like we, so we did 10 horrible communication habits, I think it was. |
| 1:48.0 | And then nine ways a wife dishonors her husband. |
| 1:53.1 | Well, I was trying to think, well, how does a husband unlove his wife? |
| 1:56.8 | Unlove his wife. |
| 1:58.2 | Like there's not really a good, a good active verb that means I unlove you, right? |
| 2:04.5 | Hate might be the one that someone uses, but I would say hate is not the opposite of love. |
