Things like Grindr, Tinder, and social media allow people to have quick access to strangers,

and people are able to portray themselves in any way they want. The perpetrator in this case

took full advantage of hiding behind technology.

He created fake profiles and different personas to lower men to his apartment so he could drug and rape them.

I have a lot of empathy for the victims.
