Today we have a very interesting topic,

one that comes up for every person who's ever worked before.

Yeah, the title is Managing Up without sucking up.

That's right.

How do we deal with the fact when when I speak,

probably the biggest question I get is,

what if the problem is my boss?

And almost every person, I mean even as we get emails

or like you said, questions when you speak,

everyone has been in a work scenario

where they think my boss isn't getting it or

they don't know how they're coming across what do I do?

So we want to give people some practical advice for dealing with this in a way that

makes them their lives better their their bosses' lives better,
