Awesome, we'll just jump right in. Can you tell us a little bit about your personal story and how you started writing about digestive health?

Yeah, of course. As we've talked a few times, I feel like people are either what I call from birth.

So I used to see consulting clients with the various typically and digestive issues, but all types of chronic health complaints.

People tend to be either from birth people or there was a trigger point in their life in which everything changed.

They went from completely healthy to this downward spiral.

My story is I was a from birth person. I was born with a hydroceal hernia and it went kind of undiscovered for a long time.

I was eating and ended up having to use some drugs just to get me to eat and stay alive and then I had young surgery.

One thing led to another, I have really bad acne in pre-high school and then getting into high school.
