Hi friends.

You ever have one of those days where it just seems like everything goes wrong and how that feels?

0:12.0

I just had one yesterday. It actually started the evening before with a terrible storm that diverted a flight that my wife Ava was on from one airport to another,

0:26.4

delaying her return home by, oh gosh, five hours.

0:31.6

And so I was at the airport to pick her up and I had to come back.

0:35.2

And I get back to the house and discover the basement's leaking

0:38.1

and the roof's leaking. Oh, and on the way home in the storm, there was a little tire pressure

1:38.3

own advice without realizing I was taking my own advice. And it was amazing the difference that it made. Now, I also need to be clear

1:46.3

that when I say my advice, it's really not my advice, this is something that experts have known

1:54.9

for years, decades, and I'm just passing it along in this week's episode but it's amazing what

2:04.5

exactly did I do well just keep listening to this episode and you'll find out hey at the

2:13.3

end of the episode I'm going to tell you about a very unique challenge, something

2:18.7

never offered on the podcast before, a very unique challenge that could change your life.
