And doing the small things form habits that turn into big things and really make a world of difference.

episode where we bring the men back on. So this time we decided to tell more of our stories as couples. A lot of

times we are really fun, we're energetic, we go into a lot of detail on the fun

stuff. Today's going to get a little bit deep. We're going to get a little bit serious and it's not to say that we're kind of just talking through all the struggles that we have because there are going to be solutions, but we just want to make sure that you guys know that there's going to be real talk today.

Things that we haven't brought up with close friends, things we haven't brought up with family members.

So you'll learn a lot about us.

And all four of us really want to share things that we know that you're going to find helpful.
