The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump's election subversion case in Georgia

says the Fulton County District Attorney can stay on the case.

But he says the lead prosecutor Farnie Willis had a relationship with has to step down.

Trump's lawyers wanted Willis disqualified from the case because of a conflict of interest

and they alleged that she benefited financially from the affair.

Willis admitted to the relationship but denied that she got any financial benefit from it.

Judge Scott McAfee says Nathan Wade should stop working on the case
