And the first batch of evidence they showed was some weaponry, some ammunition in the hospital itself,

Now they released more pictures of a tunnel shaft within the hospital complex.

The director of the al-Shifa hospital has described a worsening humanitarian situation there, saying in an interview

with Al Jazeera that displaced children have been left without water or milk at the facility.

He says the hospital is a refuge to over 650 wounded people and 5,000 displaced people.

This comes as the Israeli military says the body of a second Israeli hostage,

a 19-year-old female soldier, has been recovered near that same hospital.
