With everything going on it's incredible to watch the reaction beginning with Friday night to the speech in Alabama through yesterday through tonight what's happening in this country.

It is something that I think is a tremendously good thing for average Americans who can now recognize who the enemies are, who the good people are, where the normal people are, where the abnormal people are.

I get into this.

I know this may be a fool's errand that I will feel bad having undertaken.

But I want to talk with you briefly as a former assistant attorney general, a former federal law clerk, a lawyer.

What is the First Amendment?

Because the clowns, the fools, the miscreants and the dissidents that I see on CNN and MSESPN and MSNBC.

Now talk about freedom of speech and freedom of assembly that the NFL players have the right to assemble, they have the right to speak.

I guess they have the right to practice their religion a half time or during a game.

I guess they do according to the pundits.

May I state first fast and factually that the First Amendment does not apply to private employers.

If Richard Sementa, the Stephen Spielberg of the Mark Levin show, would have a side business say a courier in New York City, it was the Sementa Courier Service delivering packages.

And if someone showed up with a package for you in New York City, in Memphis, in Los Angeles, in Hawaii, from the Sementa Courier Service, is that here's your package, sir.

But let's you and I talk about global warming. If I would go out to Red Lobster, I love their flaky biscuits.
