I can't imagine going to a real interview in this business.

I mean, me and Todd got the job with a tape.

Do you even do real interviews anymore?

Isn't everything versional?

Well, you're sitting down person with somebody.

You're either Zoom face to face or eventually you get down to the final rounds, you're going to be interviewing with somebody.

Let me take you through what we did in 1993 to get this job.

Once again, it's what we do, tell Dick jokes, right?

Well, and in order to get a job in 1993, in radio, you would edit up a little tape.

Right. And it usually sent you sent it to the people on a cassette on a cassette tape yeah and then you typed out a resume you know saying where you

been what you're doing what you're what you're blah blah blah and then you stuck it in the mail and then

you sent it and now you email your resume.

You would have, I would assume I haven't done this, but you get, your tape goes by email as well.

Yep.

And then if you're going to have a meeting, the first one would probably be a Zoom meeting or a FaceTime sort of meeting. Now it would be that way, right?

Yeah.

Especially if you're not in the same town.

We had a phone call once they were interested, right?

Right. And then they actually flew us out. I don't think companies do that very much anymore since they have the option of doing a little FaceTime. No, I've talked to some people who've taken, you know, they've been flown somewhere for a job interview. Well, that's good. For regular people.
