I just wanted to share that with you.

This is Handel on Law, Marginal Legal Adv advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case at all.

This is a case of interference on an airline. Now, I have always thought that interfering with an airline crew, particularly passengers to, but the airline crew. It's a crime.

It's a federal crime.

But, you know, no one ever gets really prosecuted.

What ends up happening, a plane is diverted or someone goes crazy on an airplane.

The authorities are called the plane lands.

In this case, it was diverted.

An American Airlines flight, it was diverted, and it had to land.

It was on the way to Los Angeles, and it had to land in Phoenix because the passenger was unruly going nuts.

So normally what happens is, you know, they tie up the passenger, you know, duct tape the passenger around the seat or whatever.

And then local police picks them up, and they're charged with a local crime.

They're not charged with a federal crime because local police don't do that.
