Let us start with a story that I picked up this past week, and I absolutely love this.

This is out of Virginia.

And one of the things that's very, very difficult for anybody, any defendant, especially

in capital cases, crazy cases, gruesome cases, is to plead not guilty by reason of insanity.

And that gets you off the hook.

Now, you don't walk out of the courtroom.

What ends up happening is the judge, invariable, will then mandate that person off to some kind

of a mental institution. And one of a couple things happen. Thing number one is that the person

is kept in a mental institution up until he or she can be part of the
