This is the Fox News Alert. A verdict has been reached. Timely Silicera, former head

of cryptocurrency company FTX, Sam Bankman Freed has been found guilty of seven federal

counts of defrauding investors. The jury had just begun deliberations earlier today.

Bankman Freed testified during the month-long trial that he did not commit fraud.

The House has passed a measure that would provide about $14.5 billion in aid to Israel.

It was backed by new speaker Mike Johnson who said that emergency aid would be offset by cuts in IRS funding.

Johnson said it's an effort to ensure responsible spending.

But Democrats have been calling for passage of the president's aid package that will help both Israel and Ukraine.

They're saying the House package will never pass the Senate and President Biden's threatening to veto it.

Some aid has been getting in.

We're hoping that the number of trucks crossing into Gaza will continue to increase as well.

A Florida man has been arrested and charged with making threats against a major Jewish organization.

Justice Department charging deep Patel with transmitting an interstate threat to injure.

According to the criminal complaint, Patel allegedly called the world Jewish Congress headquarters in New York City back on October 21st,

leaving a threatening voicemail message calling for the mass genocide of Israelis.

When authorities arrived at his Sarasota, Florida home, Patel confirmed he called the organization, but denied making any threats.

The 21 year old could face up to five years in prison.

If convicted, Patel's arrest comes during a spike in anti-Semitic incidents nationwide.
