Thanks for being more talks. I'm Tom Rigadi Fox News. Talks between the U.S. and Iran have stalled,

but President Trump is signaling they could pick up soon. Fox's Peter Ducey is at the White House.

The U.S. and Iran may have stopped shooting at each other for now, but Israel and Hezbollah and Lebanon

have not. So Secretary of State Marco Rubio played host at the State Department.

All of the complexities of this matter are not going to be resolved in the next six hours,

but we can begin to move forward.

President Trump told a New York Post reporter on assignment in Pakistan, the site of stalled U.S.

Iran peace talks, you should stay there, really, because something could be happening over the next

two days, and we're more inclined to go there. The president ordered a blockade on the straight of

ormuse as Iran continues to reject U.S. demands to abandon its nuclear ambitions.

The Justice Department is asking appeals court judges to toss out convictions handed down

after the Capitol

riot in 2021. Here's Fox's Gernal Scott. The DOJ has turned to the U.S. Court of Appeals in D.C.

to dismiss seditious conspiracy against leaders of the proud boys and the oathkeepers.

Members of both groups were among more than 1,500 people pardoned by President

Trump last year for convictions stemming from the January 6th, 2001 storming of the U.S. Capitol.

But top members in those groups, including Stuart Rhodes of the oathkeepers, were convicted

of the elevated charge on evidence they tried to overthrow the

government by force. If the seditious conspiracy convictions are thrown out, it would also be

An organization spokesman says it's because of repeated threats made against the widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk.
