Vice President J.D. Vance just back from peace talks with Iran said progress has been made, but there are sticking points.

We've made very clear what our red lines are, what things we're willing to accommodate them on, and what things we're not willing to accommodate them on.

And we've made that as clear as we

possibly could. On Fox's special report with Brett Baer, one red line, Van says Iran cannot have a

nuclear weapon. As far as another round of talks, Vance said the ball is in Iran's court. President

Trump says he will not apologize to Pope Leo the 14th after criticizing him over his opposition to the conflict in

Iran. He was very much against what I'm doing with regard to Iran, and you cannot have a nuclear

Iran. Leo said he has no fear of the Trump administration or of speaking out about the message

of the gospel. California Democrat Eric Swalwell has announced he will resign from Congress

after allegations of sexual assault came to light. In his statement, he says in part, I am

deeply sorry to my family, staff, and constituents for mistakes in judgment I've made in my

past. I will fight the serious false allegations made against me. However, I must take responsibility

and ownership for the mistakes

I did make. The decision comes after a bombshell report ran Friday in the San Francisco

Chronicle detailing the story of an anonymous ex-staffer who claimed Swalwell sexually assaulted her

while she was too intoxicated to give consent since that initial Chronicle report.

Three additional women also spoke to CNN with

sexual misconduct allegations, including accusations that the congressman sent explicit text messages
