So to remind you, in episode 897, we did a lot of conscious work of how anxiety is not your enemy.

And anxiety is actually your friend in a weird way because your unconscious mind is the part of you that is running it.

Okay? Your unconscious mind is running it for the intention of

protection. So we don't want to have a lot of hate toward the unconscious mind. We may

dislike the anxiety, but not the thing that it's running. So the next episode after that one was a 10-minute hypnotic

meditation doing a slower process of letting go of anxiety. But I wanted to try to over-deliver
