The idea that we don't really allow folks space and time to grieve before they have to go back to the things they have to do. You know, we have a certain amount of time. We have these designated periods of time where we say, okay, now you can need to go back to work. You need to make money. You got to buy your groceries. You got to take care of your families, you know, whatever else it is. And don't over, don't go beyond that time limit. Don't need more than that because now you're being strange.

Now you're being offensive to the rest of the world.
