0:40.6	He was a big scary, intimidating person. He pretty much thought that he could do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. He was incredibly violent and he was an abuser. But not just that, he also liked to play the victim. So he really is in his world anyway the villain and the victim.
1:01.0	Because for some reason, Ralph felt that the whole world was against him.
1:06.8	He blamed everybody else for his problems,
1:10.4	never took responsibility for himself, in the end once Raoul really did feel like
1:16.7	everything had fallen apart for him he decided to take revenge and he did it in
1:21.5	the most brutal and horrific way possible. He wanted to go out in
1:26.1	a blaze of glory. He turned on those close to him and he turned on the police. He declared war on the police, but not just that.
1:38.0	He even turned on innocent members of the public.
1:42.0	And then he went on the run and the country went into a state of panic.
1:46.1	It made national headlines for days. Rao became the UK's most wanted man and it soon turned into the biggest manhunt that this country
1:56.7	has ever seen and has ever seen to this very day. So what did Ra do exactly that made him the most wanted man in the UK?
2:06.7	Well that is what we are going to be talking about today so let's dive in. Ralmoat was born on the 17th of June 1973. So R round-mote is a Gemini. And he grew up in the West End area of Newcastle, which is a city in the north of England where he lived with his older brother Angus and his mom Josephine.
2:38.1	Now growing up Rao's childhood was pretty disruptive. From the moment Ra was born he was never told who his dad was, his biological father. So his mom Josephine got pregnant and she never told the father of the baby that she was pregnant.
