I gave birth and it was probably the most remarkable period of my life and there was so much

transformation that went on inside and there was such a relationship with food that was just so

critical. I just remember that time being the most. It was almost like there was a microscope on

everything I was eating and before I got pregnant what I needed to do while I was pregnant the foods

and the nutrition that I was bringing into my life and then post-pregnancy and while I was breast
