You can grow muscle at pretty much any rep range.

So it used to be thought that hypertrophy was the 8 to 12 range.

So I'm excited to have you back on to talk shop, man. Yeah, yeah, talked to you, but then I look at my text. I'm like, actually, I texted him last week. It's totally fine. Yeah. Yeah. It's pretty often. So, um, but today we're going to dive into hypertrophy, um, amongst other things. We'll see where the rants take us. So this is actually going to be cool. Cause I think a lot of times we structure the hell out of these. And I think it'll be cool today to just kind of have a conversation on some of these topics. Because people really enjoy rants, it seems like, on the podcast. They enjoy the coaching rants.
