Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 885. Now in today's session,

0:24.5

we are talking about the differences as to when to push yourself and when to really be

0:31.5

gentle upon yourself. So some of this episode is going to be a bit of a wake-up call,

0:36.5

I like to think, but it'll also give you a sense of harmony along the way.

Think about maybe it's in your health, your relationships, your career, your finances, in general abundance,

1:59.0

in your personal development, in the desire to let go of a conflict.

2:05.7

So maybe your goal is to be free of the imposter syndrome, to be free of anxiety, or your goal is to

2:12.1

2:20.4

show you a process that I do with my clients. We're doing a different way, more personalized way,

2:25.8

but it's going to allow you to practice the thing you want to get better at or the thing you want
