Something came up recently and I am just really passionate about it and it's been a big shift

for me in the way that I think probably in the last, I would say two or three years.

And I just want to chat about it.

So let me tell you where this stems from.

Some of you guys know that for a couple of years I was doing these daily mindset upgrades

which are kind of on pause while I'm on maternity leave.

But one of the mindset upgrades asked a particular question and I don't even really know.

I don't remember what the question was.

It was a while back now.

But somebody went into the Primal Potential Facebook group and they were like, I heard
