This summer, I am not focused on launching something new. I am focused on building something essential: playbooks. Clear, step-by-step documentation that makes our business run smoother, with or without me. Dan Martell’s book Buy Back Your Time reminded me that real freedom comes from documented systems, not just delegation. And my friend Stacy Tuschl challenged us to not just build playbooks, but to test them. That hit hard! The truth is, I learned this lesson the hard way.
