investing show. Our goal on this show is to help become a more intelligent real estate investor. I believe cash flowing

rental real estate is the number one way to protect you against these crazy government inflation

monsters that are currently eating up our US dollar or

global dollar. I mean look at the British pound right now look at the euro look at

the US dollar all of them declining. Why? Because Western governments can't be trusted, right? Printing

money when you drop $8 trillion on top of an economy that you just printed out of thin air, stuff's going to hit the fan.

And that's exactly what happens.

So on today's show, I want to talk about what it means

to be a true investor.

You know, a lot of people might have a 401k plan

that they get when they sign up with their employer or some

other sort of retirement plan that they get when they join up with a company.

But does that make you a true investor?

So what does it mean to be a true investor?

Today we're going to talk about what it takes to sustain a long-term career as a real estate

investor specifically.

And I'm going to share some questions that you can ask yourself to try to determine if real estate investing is right for you.

Now, I don't know if you know about my position on real estate investing, but I believe it's the number one way to build wealth.
