Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and this is episode 882. And in today's session, we are

talking about five ways that we can start to stop the inner critic. So we can silence it and we can

start to be liberated of it in any situation.

Whether you're going through an interview, whether you're going into a relationship,

where it be in work, business, this little internal dialogue can start to happen where we go,

are you good enough?

Are you worthy?

What if this happens? What if I fail? What will people think of me?

And that then starts to create a lot of anxiety. That creates the fear, the dread, the self-sabotage,

that we really, really want to be. That inner critic can really throw a spanner in the

works to just stop us being the authentic self. So let's go ahead and dive right into it. So number

We do not want to fight the inner critic because we can have so much resentment around it.

Why am I always like this? why does this happen to me and what
