This is the interesting thing about real estate.

It is one of the only industries I know where you don't have to have advanced training, advanced degree.

The barrier of entry is training, advanced degree.

The barrier of entry is super, super low.

It, you know, you can, for 1,000 bucks, maybe 2,000,

you can kind of pay for your dues, education,

all that for a year.

So like very, very low entry when you consider any other business to get into.

And the rewards are huge.

If you do it right, you can get to six figures within a year.

So the big question is this, how do most agents who don't have access to the secrets that most successful agents hoard to themselves grow and prosper in today's competitive real estate environment?
