I appreciate and for those of us who have been binge watching the Murdoch evidentiary

hearing today know what I'm talking about but if you don't

don't worry we'll talk you through everything that happened regarding today's

hearing as to whether the jurors had been tampered with and whether Mr. Murdoch gets a new trial

and you might just have to wait to the very end to understand why I called Brett Credible.

I tell you what the last two hearings we've had have had surprisingly quick decisions.

I will say I predicted that this three-day evidentiary hearing would last one day, and it did.

I did not predict that the ruling would come at the conclusion of that one

day.

Mere seconds after. I was, so I was tied up, you know, doing my day job all day today and I was like it's okay the hearing will go long I'll tune in and as I was going to tune in was when the opinion was being read and I was like wait how is the opinion being read am I day off? I thought I was a day off.

But in fact, it was a very quick ruling.

It was televised.

And instead of making these nice people wait,

let's just dive in.

So as you guys know,

Alec Murdoch was convicted after a very lengthy trial

about a year ago of murdering his son and his wife.

And it was a very public trial a lot of people watched it we covered it and then
