It's right the first time.

You might as well say it again.

And you know, at some point, it feels like we just keep talking about Delphi and today is not an exception

It is not an exception. You know there's probably some of you out there who think wow they really they just keep trying to get everything they can out of this Delphi case I just got to tell you I would be fine if that case resolved itself and we never had to talk about it again.

I am ready, so ready for this case to go to trial.

Now I will say this about this case though. You know a lot of our predictions haven't

panned out but it's because this is unlike any case there ever was and I think

ever will be. So part of the reason we have to talk about it so much is that in almost any other case

Nothing would be happening. You know I mean this is one of those cases that I keep getting surprised and that truly, you know, if you ask any trial lawyer what they love about what they do being at the trial court, this is it. It's that everything's unpredictable, everything's

unpredictable, you can't really plan anything. And for a lot of people that whole

unpredictability sounds like a nightmare, but for trial lawyers who are a different breed of attorneys

they just really love it and it is it's always fun I will say I've never been bored at my job

no your job's never boring and as we said once the case gets to the Supreme Court of

a state you never know what's gonna happen and that was proved very true this

week or last week. Absolutely. Now, you know, we were joined by our friends

Allison Bob Mata from defense diaries where we talked about a lot of things, but the thing we decided to talk about the oral argument today because there

are so many interesting legal issues that were brought up in the questioning by the justices

on both sides that are worth talking about.
