Guys, we are so pumped because stat sports hooked us up with the most epic guests today on our podcast.

If you guys haven't heard of stat sports, they are the on-field monitoring device that the whole U.S. Soccer Federation uses to track their progress while they play.

And today we have got drumroll everybody. Mal pu on the podcast. Guys, I'm so pumped.

I feel like we don't even have to introduce Mal. Everyone knows who she is. She's such a badass. She's an amazing athlete. She's on the national team.

She plays for the Chicago Red Stars and she was one of the youngest players to ever play on the national team, which was in the Olympics. How many years ago?

Too many. 2019.

That's so crazy. I feel like we met her in the beginning. So it's been really fun to see her journey and how far she's come.

So I feel like it's going to be a great episode and we're going to have some amazing advice for all your ladyballers. So enjoy.

It's so nice. I'm going to be jealous of the sun coming through the window on your face.

I have to. When I go back to Chicago, I'm going to be like, oh my gosh, I wish I was in Orlando.

I know. Yeah. I mean, like the first two days of training too, it was like, I was like all of us.

We were like dying because like we've all been in like cold weather for the past like forever.

And we haven't been in like this heat in community. So it was definitely an adjustment. But it's nice.

It's nice to like see the sun. Yeah, it is so true.

You have to get used to it when you play in the humidity. Yeah.
