But today we're gonna be talking about five different ways to instantly look more in shape or

instantly. It's not a scam. Well instantly instantly, you guys don't know what I mean. We're not gonna lose 10 pounds. These are instant things and these are very obvious things you can do to instantly look significantly more in shape. And it astounds me how many people don't do these things. So make sure you're going through this list, you know, whip out a pen and paper because we're gonna get to business, baby. Or you could write in your notepad, but if you're driving, don't do it. First and foremost, please, work clothes that fit you. I see so many people in the gym that look amazing. They have great physiques and they're sizing up twice, you know? so many dudes just want to get that Excel logo on their back and they're too scared to admit that there's a medium that's a small medium for you I don't know but you got to wear a little bit of a tighter shirt don't hey you know I did this myself my whole life you know I'd be buying Excel the problem with the large to Excel is it's boxier you know and of course you're gonna feel more comfortable with something's a

little more baggy it has a little more give I get that saying so though if you

want to look more in shape and good where close that fit you that complement your body

you know you're working to build your body a thing you want to do is hide it with

some massive t-shirt or shorts or jeans or something like that. So I mean, this sounds so obvious, but it really is obvious. If you wear stuff that fit you, you know, nice colors and even we said before, you know, treat yourself to do some new stuff. You can find clothes that will really make you look good, if not better. I mean, I know even a lot of these women's gym shark legs and everything, they have all these crazy curves to trick the eye into thinking things look better and this and that. It's all a scan, no, I'm kidding. And here's the thing. You know, you could be someone in the worst shape, you know, and you could put on the best clothes and it will only do so much. Obviously, at the end of the day, you know, you'd rather be in the best shape with the worst clothes. But, you know, if you want to really present yourself as more fit and even in everyday life, you know, wear things that fit you, wear things that, you know, tapered in, especially around the waist, it will just go such a long way. I mean, even, you know, if you're in great shape and you don't really show it in any regard how's anyone going to know. Now if this doesn't pertain to you and you don't care and you like going in the gym with the oldest biggest t-shirt just so you can focus and not demand attention, you do you. That's just not for me. I just know a lot of people you know when you look good you feel good. You build that confidence and that's going to transfer workout in my opinion so that's just one quick little tip yeah I know you've got a couple

clients and similar to me, you know, their physique is actually just very solid and it's like occasionally even one of my clients the other day was like, buddy, where the tank top. Come on. You're hitting arms there. You're hitting upper body. Let's do it. And when he did, you could tell he was feeling more confident, you could tell he was able to lift heavier, he was more confident,

and just overall look better. People are like training with, you know, I'm training him and they're looking, wow, this guy's got some big arms, you know? It's so true and it's a really small thing, but trust me, it will make a world difference. Especially if you're losing weight, you know, if you've lost weight, you know, size down
